I have put my car in the maintenance. I took the car after one month and still there are some spare parts not yet received. the maintenance department said that they requested from Japan.
till today the spare parts not received from Japan and that since 3 month and more.
I tried to communicate with US customer care and they replied that they take care only for US cars.
This attitdue of the agent is not meeting the customer satisfaction at all.
could some one help me to contact the international customer service to submit the complain and expedite the issue.
